Family Law Psychology Reports
Dr Mir can complete psychology reports in the area of Family Law. These include:
- Full Psychological assessments assessing parents personality difficulties, mental health, and the impact upon parenting with treatment recommendations where needed.
- Cognitive and capacity assessments to assess parents cognitive functioning and whether they can conduct proceedings.
He works within LAA rates.
He carries out a clinical interview and administers questionnaires as part of the assessment providing a diagnosis based upon DSV-5 classification if appropriate. Reports are sent one to two weeks from date of assessment.
